EUDR Information System
The EUDR Information System, connected to your records.
Due diligence statements go to the EU's Information System, built on TRACES. You can type them into its web form, or file them from EUDRplot through the system's API, from records that were checked first.
- Data hosted in the EU
- Files straight to the EU Information System
- Encrypted, GDPR, DPA included
- Five-year audit trail

What the Information System is
The regulation requires the Commission to run an information system where operators and traders register and submit due diligence statements, and where competent authorities and customs see them. Its rules for use are in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/3084, amended in 2026. It runs on TRACES.
Web form or API
The web form suits a few statements a year. With more products, suppliers or shipments, filing through the API from your own records saves retyping and the errors that come with it. The API needs credentials that you request for your organisation.
Before your first statement
Register your organisation, with its EORI number if you have one. Request API credentials for the acceptance environment and file a test statement there. When it is accepted, switch to production. EUDRplot holds both sets of credentials and shows which environment each statement went to.

Is the Information System the same as TRACES?
It is built on TRACES, the Commission's platform for trade controls, and is often called TRACES or EUDR TRACES.
Do I need my own registration?
Yes. Statements are filed in the operator's name. EUDRplot files with your credentials; it does not file as you under its own account.
What does the system reject?
Statements with missing or invalid information, and geolocation files that break its rules: wrong structure, coordinates out of range, invalid polygons, files over 25 MB.
