About
EUDRplot is EUDR due diligence software for the companies that place cocoa, coffee, soy, palm oil, rubber, cattle and wood on the EU market, and for the suppliers and consultants who work with them. It starts with the part most often wrong, the geolocation of the plots, and carries it through to the statement filed in the EU Information System.
What it does
- A free checker. Check a geolocation file against every rule of the EU Information System, see each problem on the map, and fix it. Free, with no account, and the file stays on your device.
- Collection from suppliers. Send suppliers a link: they upload plots, answer a declaration and attach documents, with no account of their own.
- Records that hold up. Projects, products, documents with expiry dates and risk assessments to Article 10, kept with five years of history, the period the regulation asks for.
- Deforestation checks and monitoring. Every plot is checked against the EU's 2020 forest map and tree cover loss since, and can be watched for new alerts every week.
- Filing. File due diligence statements to the EU Information System from a saved project, and share read-only reports with customers and auditors.
- Automation. A REST API and an MCP server for teams that build on it.
Why
Most people who handle these files are not GIS specialists. They are compliance officers, consultants, brokers and cooperative staff who have been handed a file format, a specification and a deadline. The Information System's error messages tell them a file failed; they rarely tell them where, why, or what to do. So every problem here comes with the exact place in the file and on the map, a plain explanation, and a fix where one can be applied safely.
Principles
- Every rule has a source. Each one cites the Commission document or the article of the regulation it comes from, with the date we last checked it.
- Nothing silent. No fix changes a boundary without showing you the change in hectares first.
- Your data in the EU. The free checker keeps your file on your device; the product stores what you save in the European Union, encrypted. See security.
- A check, not a verdict. Passing the checker does not make a product compliant. We say so on every page and every report.
