These terms apply to the website at eudrplot.com, the free checker, the free tools and the paid plans (together, "the service"), provided by GeoKod ("we").

1. What the service is

The service checks geolocation files against the published requirements of the EU Information System for Regulation (EU) 2023/1115, offers repairs, converts formats and produces reports. Paid plans add workspaces for projects, suppliers, documents, risk assessments, monitoring, the API and filing of due diligence statements.

2. What the service is not

The service is a pre-submission check, not a legal compliance determination. It does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee acceptance by the EU Information System. A file that passes every check may still be rejected, and a file that is accepted may still describe the wrong land. You remain responsible for your due diligence and your statements. See the disclaimer.

3. Your files and data

We do not receive the files you check with the free checker or the free tools. Data you save in a workspace remains yours; we process it only to provide the service, as set out in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you put into the service.

4. Accounts

Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. The owner of a workspace decides who belongs to it and is responsible for their use of it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, to access it by automated means at a volume that degrades it for others (the API's published limits apply), or to use it in breach of law.

Embedding the checker

You may put the embeddable checker on your own website with the snippet we publish on the embed page, free of charge, on condition that the "Checked with" link inside the frame and the link in the snippet stay visible and unchanged. Consultant customers may replace the link with their own name on the websites they list in their settings. You may not frame any other page of the service, or present the embedded checker as a determination of compliance.

6. Paid plans and payment

Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record, which handles checkout, payment, invoices and VAT under its own buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the app; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Trials end without charge unless you choose a paid plan. Prices are shown on the pricing page; we will tell you before a price change applies to your subscription.

7. Changes to the rules and the service

The rules are derived from official sources that change. Each check records the rule-set version used. We update the rules when the sources change, and may be behind them. We may change features of the service; we will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during a period you have paid for.

8. Liability

The free service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, penalties or fines, or a rejected or incorrect due diligence statement, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. When an account or workspace is deleted, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We will publish changes here and, for changes that matter to paid customers, tell them by email before they apply.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Courts in Podgorica have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to go to court elsewhere.
