EUDR software
EUDR software that takes you from supplier plots to filed statements.
The EU Deforestation Regulation asks for the geolocation of every plot, a risk assessment and a due diligence statement before products are placed on the market. EUDRplot does each of those steps and keeps the evidence together.
- Data hosted in the EU
- Files straight to the EU Information System
- Encrypted, GDPR, DPA included
- Five-year audit trail

What you get
Supplier collection
Each supplier gets an upload link. Files in any format are converted, checked and repaired before they reach you.
Plot verification
41 checks from the Commission's GeoJSON specification and the Information System's validation rules, each shown on the map.
Forest check
Every plot against the EU's 2020 forest map, and tree cover loss since 2021.
Risk assessment
Article 10(2), criterion by criterion, with the country benchmark, documents and supplier declarations beside each one.
Deforestation monitoring
Weekly satellite alerts on every plot, cross-checked before they reach your inbox.
Statement filing
Due diligence statements submitted to the Information System from the checked record, with the reference numbers kept.
What EUDR software has to cover
Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 applies from 30 December 2026 to large and medium operators and traders, and from 30 June 2027 to micro and small operators. For each relevant product, an operator collects the information in Article 9, including the geolocation of every plot of land, assesses the risk that the product is not compliant, mitigates that risk, and submits a due diligence statement through the EU Information System before placing the product on the market or exporting it. All of it is kept for five years.
Spreadsheets cope with a handful of suppliers. They do not check that a polygon closes, that coordinates have six decimals, or that a plot was not forest at the end of 2020.
What to look for
- Checks before submission. The Information System rejects files that break its rules. Software should find those problems first, and fix the safe ones.
- Evidence per product. Plots, documents, declarations and the risk assessment of a product in one place, so an inspection means opening one record.
- Collection that suppliers can use. Producers and exporters should not need an account to send a file.
- Monitoring after filing. A plot that was clean when you filed can be cleared next month.
- A direct link to the Information System, so nothing is typed in twice.
Where EUDRplot is different
The checker and the free tools run in your browser: a file you check is read on your device and not uploaded. Prices are published, plans start at €39 a month, and checking a file is free without an account.

What is EUDR software?
Software that helps operators and traders meet Regulation (EU) 2023/1115: collect geolocation and supplier information, check it, assess and mitigate risk, file due diligence statements and keep the records for five years.
Is EUDR software required by law?
No. The regulation does not require any particular tool. With more than a few suppliers, checking geolocation files by hand and keeping five years of records is where spreadsheets stop working.
Does EUDRplot submit statements to TRACES?
Yes. On Starter and above, due diligence statements are filed to the EU Information System (TRACES) through its API, from a checked product record.
How much does it cost?
Checking files is free, without an account. Starter is €39 a month, Team €99 and Consultant €199, excluding VAT. Starter and Team have a 14-day free trial.
