EUDR API

An EUDR API for the checks your own systems should run.

The rules behind the free checker, as a documented REST API with OpenAPI, an MCP server for AI assistants and a command-line tool for CI. Validate supplier files the moment they arrive in your ERP.

Where it fits

Supplier files arrive by email, through portals and from field apps. The API lets the system that receives them check them at once, before anyone has to look: a broken file goes back to the supplier with the problem named, and a clean one goes on to your records.

What it returns

Each finding has a stable rule id (the same ones in the error reference), a severity, the feature and the position it concerns, and whether a fix exists. Fixes come back as a repaired file with the change in hectares for every plot touched.

Built on the published rules

The rules come from the Commission's GeoJSON file description and the Information System's validation rules, with sources for each. When the Commission changes them, the rule-set version changes, and so does every report that used it.

Questions

Which plan includes the API?

Team and Consultant, with rate limits by plan. The free checker in the browser needs no key.

Does the API file statements to TRACES?

Filing runs from the application, from a checked product record, with your own Information System credentials.

Can an AI assistant use it?

Yes. The MCP server exposes validation, fixing and conversion as tools, so an assistant can check a supplier file in a conversation.
