One record from plot to statement
Compliance under the EUDR is a chain. The statement you file says that you exercised due diligence and found no risk, or only a negligible one. Behind it sit the plots, the suppliers, the documents, the risk assessment and its mitigation. EUDRplot keeps that chain as one record per product, so the statement is filled from it and an authority's question is answered by opening it.
What the regulation asks of larger companies
Operators that are not small or medium-sized enterprises also need a compliance officer at management level, an independent audit function and a yearly public report on their due diligence system. Software does not replace those. It gives the officer and the auditor a record that can be checked.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Checking and fixing files, the converters and the other free tools cost nothing and need no account. Saving projects, supplier links, filing and monitoring are on the paid plans.
Do I need a contract?
No. Plans are monthly or yearly and can be cancelled from the billing settings. A yearly plan costs ten months.
Where is the data stored?
In the EU. Saved files and documents are encrypted before they are stored. The free checker does not upload files at all.
Does the software make me compliant?
No software can. EUDRplot checks files against the Information System's rules and keeps your due diligence record; the conclusions are yours. It is not legal advice.
