No, this needs a decision only you can make.
In short
Add a ProductionPlace with the farm or plot name.

What the Information System does

It accepts the plot without it. The specification recommends it: "It is recommended to provide the optional GeoJSON property "ProductionPlace" … This optional property is used to describe the production place name" (GeoJSON File Description, File Variants Description, important notes).

Why it happens

This is a note, not an error: the file is accepted without it. But a statement may be questioned years after it was submitted, and "plot 214 in the file" is much harder to trace back to a farm than "Parcelle Akoupé 1".

A name also helps the person checking the file today. The checker, the map and the PDF report all use ProductionPlace to label plots.

What the checker reports for this file:

  1. This plot has no ProductionPlace name. The specification recommends one so a query about this plot can be traced back to a farm., line 6, column 21
Before
Before. Centred on 6.1240° N, 5.1230° W.

Fix it in EUDRplot

  1. Open the file in the checker. Plots without a name are listed as notes.
  2. Add a name. Add "ProductionPlace": "Parcelle Akoupé 1", whatever the farm or plot is called locally, to each feature's properties.

Fix it in QGIS

  1. Fill it from an existing column. Field Calculator: create a text field ProductionPlace from the column that holds the plot or farm name, for example "farm_name" || ' ' || "plot_no".
