PDF check reports, batch reports and report links
A PDF record of every check (file hash, rule-set version, findings, per-plot areas, every change made) for one file or a whole batch, and a read-only link to share it.
When you download a file from the checker you can also download a record of what was checked and what was changed. The change log is free; the PDF check report comes with Starter and above.
The PDF check report (Starter and above)
- The file's SHA-256 hash, so anyone can confirm which file the report is about.
- The rule-set version and the date and time of the check.
- The verdict, and every finding with its explanation and source.
- A table of every plot: its name, producer, country, declared and measured area.
- The change log: every fix applied, and every conversion decision if the file started as KML, a shapefile or CSV.
- The disclaimer, on every page: a pre-submission check, not a legal compliance determination.
The change log
The same list of changes as plain text for people, and as JSON for systems.
Everything is generated in your browser from the file in the tab. Nothing is uploaded to make it.
Batch checks (Starter and above)
Check up to 50 files at once in the app. You get a table of every file with its plots, errors and warnings, and one PDF: a summary page listing each file's result, followed by each file's full report. The files are checked in your browser, like everything else. You can add forest cover in 2020 for every file; the table and the PDF then show it too.
Read-only report links (Starter and above)
From a saved project, make a link that shows one version's check to anyone who has it: a customer, a consultant or an auditor. It shows the verdict, every finding and the plot table, and offers the PDF. It does not show the file or the map. Links run for 30 days, 90 days, a year, or until you turn them off, and show how often they were opened.
