The consultant's problem
Every client sends files in a different shape, and each one needs the same checks, the same records and, from December 2026, statements filed on time. Doing it in spreadsheets means rebuilding the same work for every client.
How the Consultant plan is set up
One account, a workspace per client. Each has its own suppliers and supplier links, products, documents, risk assessments, monitored plots and Information System credentials. Reports and supplier pages carry your branding. Monitoring covers up to 10,000 plots across all clients.
Showing your working
Every check records the rule-set version, every fix the change in hectares, every assessment who concluded it and when. When a client's auditor asks, you send the report.
Questions
How much is the Consultant plan?
€199 a month, excluding VAT, or ten times that for a year.
Can a client file with their own credentials?
Yes. Each workspace holds that client's Information System credentials, so statements are filed in the client's name.
Can I give a client access?
Yes. Invite them to their workspace, and only theirs.
