Error. The Information System rejects the file, or silently stores something other than what you meant.
Fixed automatically?
No, this needs a decision only you can make.
In short
Add a "coordinates" array to the geometry, in longitude, latitude order.

What the Information System does

Every geometry other than a GeometryCollection "must have a member with the name "coordinates"", and its value "is always an array" (GeoJSON File Description, Definitions). A geometry without it has no position the Information System could read.

Why it happens

A geometry is two things: a type, and coordinates. {"type": "Point"} on its own says what kind of shape it is, but not where.

This almost always comes from code that builds GeoJSON by hand and writes the geometry object before the coordinates are known, or writes them under the wrong name, such as "coordinate" or "coords". The checker names the member it expected to find.

A broken example

{
  "type": "FeatureCollection",
  "features": [
    {
      "type": "Feature",
      "properties": {
        "ProducerCountry": "CI",
        "ProductionPlace": "No coords",
        "Area": 1
      },
      "geometry": {
        "type": "Polygon"
      }
    }
  ]
}

What the checker reports for this file:

  1. This Polygon has no coordinates., line 11, column 19

Fix it in EUDRplot

  1. Open the file in the checker. The geometry missing its coordinates is highlighted in the editor.
  2. Add the coordinates, or remove the feature. Add a "coordinates" array in longitude, latitude order: [-4.377412, 5.324871] for a point. If you do not have the location, the feature cannot be declared yet.

Fix it in QGIS

QGIS reads such a feature as having no geometry at all. Follow the steps for a plot with no geometry: select them with geometry($currentfeature) IS NULL, then draw or remove them.
