Relevant products (Annex I) | EUDR glossary
Relevant products are the products listed in Annex I of the EUDR. The definition, and the 2026 changes to the list.
‘relevant products’ means products listed in Annex I that contain, have been fed with or have been made using relevant commodities
Annex I lists products by customs code. If a product is not in Annex I, the regulation does not apply to it, even if it contains a relevant commodity.
The list changes. Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102, published in September 2026, amends it (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102), adding, for example, coffee extracts and concentrates and frozen cattle tongues from 30 December 2027, and removing cattle hides, skins and leather. Check the current Annex I for your products' codes.
