EUDR supplier onboarding
EUDR supplier onboarding, without asking anyone to create an account.
Your suppliers hold the geolocation, permits and declarations the regulation asks you for. EUDRplot gives each of them a link where they upload plot files, fix what the checker finds and answer a short declaration.
- Data hosted in the EU
- Files straight to the EU Information System
- Encrypted, GDPR, DPA included
- Five-year audit trail
EUDR supplier onboarding
What you get
One link per supplier
Nothing to install and no account to create. The link is the login.
Any format
KML from Google Earth, shapefiles, GPX, spreadsheets and GeoJSON, converted on arrival.
Fixed at the source
Suppliers see the problems in their own file and fix them before sending.
Declarations
Company details and the legality headings of the regulation, answered once; anything but yes is flagged.
Documents with expiry dates
Land titles, permits and certificates, flagged before they expire.
Five languages
The supplier pages are in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Indonesian.
Why supplier onboarding stalls
Asking suppliers for geolocation by email produces spreadsheets with swapped coordinates, KML files with one point for a 40-hectare farm, and shapefiles in a local projection. Each one needs a round trip. Multiply by every supplier and every season.
What the link does
The supplier opens the link, drops their files and sees the same check you would run, in their language. Swapped coordinates, missing areas and unclosed polygons are fixed there, by the person who knows the land. What reaches you has already passed.
What you see
For each supplier: plots, declarations and documents, with their status. Overlaps between suppliers are flagged, because two exporters declaring the same farm is a question for your risk assessment.

Do suppliers pay anything?
No. The link is free for them and needs no account.
Which plan has supplier links?
Team and above. On Starter, you upload suppliers' files yourself.
What happens when a supplier sends a new file?
It becomes the current version of their plots, and the products that use it see the new plots. The old version stays in the history.
Can I see which suppliers have not sent anything?
Yes. The supplier list shows who has sent plots, declarations and documents, and what is missing or expiring.
